Choking back the fears
Imploding for so many years
Catapulted mass
Emotions overflowing
Starting from the core
Described this terrible feeling
The blackness drowned my head
Didn't know what was in store
The shaking and rattling
Wasn't screaming in my brain
They were the monsters
Crammed under my bed
Been there for years
Behind all those exploding tears

Crimson once black
Now bright
Droplets glistening as
The light captures its escape
Sharp pain is searing the thigh
Wounds festered for a while now
Open sore throbbing
As though it had a heart beat
Sweat beads across both brows
The open sore hurt
But the broken heart
Pained her far more than
Any dancing accident

To treat life like a refuse
Blame game
Stories grow
Deception flow
Stronger than the last
For the final blast
Where prescription medication
Is not enough
Street meds where many bled
Continual bleeding
Stealing
Reeling

Monsters are real
Monsters created by the same
Person that fears them

Like a surprise
But not so
Crankiness + dizziness
Instigate + perpetuate
Moodiness
A sure sign of imbalance
On the road to another
Symptom to this
Warped illness

Cavernous in the ink like dwelling
Shards of light seep through the cracks
Mass seems concrete secure
Yet streams prove it's an illusion
Chipped away
Speedily rushing through
The galaxies of fright
Wallowing through the dark
Is a conscious plight
Ultimately knowing
I'm an extension of the unknown
Justifying there is no validation
Ultimately stark reality
I know nothing
In the vast stretch of
Nothingness

Fear
Divides the strong from the weak
Elevates all negativity
To new heightened peaks
It's like a cold dark reptilian hand
Crashes into my chest plate
Squeezes my heart
Bleeding as the screaming
Takes place
Making my heart race
Scared for this lifeless situation
Understood
That fear illusionary has no face
Yet I stare into the mirror
Gaunt like
Dark circles around lifeless eyes
The pain subsides
Starts to feel familiar
In its familiarity there is comfort
For it's what I know
Pain and that sweet numbness
Scattering thoughts of distress
Matter not
As the blood streams down
My pretty pink dress

High pitched screech
Followed by cries of pain
Split into varied personalities
Something triggers
In the grey mass of the brain
Cacophonous seeming
In all the chaotic sounds
Where twists + turns
Swaying begins
To discover the cuts + scrapes
Laughter eases the sharpness
Life teases into submission
Where stories
Come at a high price of admission
Where apathy seamless
Caring is where the pain first began
Searching for the hero
That never arrived
Even in my attendance
Leaving luck as a tiny chance
That things can unfold
Difficult to see what has a hold
This story is lost and forgotten
As ages old
