This gorgeous animal
His eyes speaks eloquently
Shares his love
Like all of Gods beings on Earth
It's the Basic love that is felt from above

Their hearts beat just like a humans
Child man or woman
Can feel instinctively
The depth of affection
Token of heart inclination

Most of it spoken silently
Through the eyes
Soul connection

Cafe, coffee, frappe, frappicino
So many versions
Yet as the picture denotes
For me it's my drug of choice
I swear when I awake in the morning
It's smell is like a voice
Beckoning me
Wafting whispers that tickle my nose
Desiring it's liquid antidote
To awaken me
Lures me
That first sip of liquid magic
Gives me that jolt of energy
Intertwined me and coffee
We're symbiotic synergy
Mmmmmm

Heads spinning
Can't tell which way is up or down
Breathing is a task
Hard to turn this frown
Into a smile
Best to just adorn this mask
Fear
It's all consuming
Permeates everyday life
Discombobulated dreams
Elevated with all of this strife
It's bigger than me
Keeps growing at a rapid rate
Hard for me to reach out
Clarity was a few days away
Pressure is so intense I cannot see
Moments of weakness
Anxiety has its way
Another branch of this horrible
Debilitating Fear

August is coming to a close
Summer seems to have speedily rushed by
It's by the water that I chose
To watch the sunset observing passersby
I adore all the seasons
Finding joy in each and every one of them
Colourful & bountiful all for different reasons

Esoteric infatuation
Witty repartee in kind
Air of confidence
Would make anyone's resolve shatter
Multiple monikers of late
Pansexual
SapioSexual
Titilating my intellect
Leads success of elate
Excitement in delving into a good book
Imagination explored is a definite hook

You see white
I see ivory, fair
It's not the glare
You see black
I see dark, ink
Try not to blink
We may be of opposite spectrums
I'm open to your perceptions
Let's agree to disagree
Let colour bleed into the monochromatic
Yield the possibility of grey
Where we can stray
Hoping one day
Judgement to disappear
Go away

When shared with someone
Story appears slightly different
Recalling each & everyone
Their perspective
Fills in some missing pieces
Sadly it's because we listen
To add what we feel is missing
We don't listen
To absorb
To take in
Being an open vessel allows a growing
Different kind of knowing
