I've just noticed Princess Elizabeth you didn't ask for run of the mill superheroes you asked for ours for whatever reason so mine is a bit more innovative but he did a lot for everyone. Everyone has been hit by his theory which was proved right but no one gives him the credit for it. My favourite Superhero is Avicenna because he came up with the true theory of circulation way before everyone else. He also knew a lot of things we know today about our bodies. He knew the true theory of circulation around 500 years before William Harvey proved it. This information was acted on when he came up with it but got forgotten about during a period that we call the dark ages to be rediscovered & proven again by William Harvey during a period which was known as the renaissance in medicine. Renaissance means rebirth. I say renaissance in medicine because there were many renaissance's in all different fields. Although this information was known slightly after Avicenna told people & Harvey proved it again blood transfusions couldn't be carried out until much later as blood groups weren't discovered until 1901. It is thanks to Avicenna that all the lives saved by blood transfusions were saved. Maybe someone else might have discovered this information but maybe not. I hope you've enjoyed this & that my information & opinion wasn't out of place although you may disagree. Still I've had a go like everyone else & that's the best I can come up with. Sorry I've no pics or pages full of information, music or films.
