CAMELOT FANTASIES

I love to write, I've written poems for years, and I've been told I should write country songs about my life. LoL!  I date my poems so I can sift through the many files in my brain and find the memory that went with the poem. Sometimes they make me smile, and sometimes they make me cry. Regardless, it was my life and it's made me the woman that I am today.  I hope you enjoy them.

P.S.  I'm a dreamer and a hopeless romantic. 

My Heart……..

What happened to my heart, the one I called my own
I gave it to you to keep to cherish and to keep it warm

My heart can truly love you and bring a smile upon your face
You never will feel lonely; my heart will fill that space

But if my hearts a burden please do not despair
Wrap it up and send it back with tender loving Care

My heart will still be happy for it has known real love
It's better to have loved and lost then to have
never felt true love.

  I sing everything, but do I sound good? Not really LOL!  If I could only remember important things as well as I remember lyrics. 

Very beautiful prose, a romantic  you are. your right it could become a song. Dont every give my friend  you've the talent, so persevere.
