MMEX Resources Partners with KP Engineering to Design, Build Crude Oil Refinery in Permian Basin

MMEX Resources Corp. (OTCPK: MMEX), a development stage company focusing on the acquisition, development and financing of oil, gas, refining and infrastructure projects in Texas and South America, and KP Engineering ("KPE"), an energy industry leader in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions, announced today a partnership for KPE to engineer, design and construct the planned Pecos County refinery announced by MMEX earlier this month.
Jack W. Hanks, President & CEO of MMEX Resources Corp., commented: "Plans for the Pecos County refinery are progressing smoothly and rapidly, and the selection of KPE as the project's EPC contractor is an essential first step to beginning the project. With their strong industry experience, knowledge of the Texas market, scalability and agility, KPE is an ideal partner for MMEX on this project."

On March 7, MMEX announced plans to build a crude oil refinery in the Permian Basin near Fort Stockton, Texas, subject to the receipt of required governmental permits and completion of required debt and equity financing. The state-of-the-art refinery project, with plans to export crude oil, fuels and petroleum products to western Mexico and South America, would generate approximately 400 local jobs during peak construction and approximately 100 permanent jobs upon becoming fully operational.
"We are humbled that MMEX Resources has chosen KPE to assist them in constructing a state-of-the-art crude processing and transport facility for the Permian Basin," said Brandon T. Steele, Chairman and CEO of KP Engineering. "KP Engineering employs some of the finest professionals in the industry and we are excited to be working alongside MMEX Resources Corp. as their EPC firm on this important project and look forward to commencing work immediately."
MMEX and KPE also announced today that KPE plans to subcontract with Interstate Treating, Inc./RAMA Fabrication, Inc. of Odessa, Texas to engineer and fabricate vessels and process modules for the refinery, allowing for the Pecos County refinery to be constructed using U.S.-sourced materials and equipment.
Hanks concluded: "MMEX Resources is committed to delivering an American-made, state-of-the-art refinery that brings significant economic and job opportunities to the Permian. We're proud to work alongside KP Engineering, Interstate Treating/RAMA and the Pecos County community to bring the Pecos County refinery to life."

I've been keeping my eye on OWCP. They are a first class company and will come around sooner or later.

These are the stocks I'm looking at now.

USRM. We all know about this one, FDA RAT approval at anytime now, should go to the dollars soon after.

MMEX. We're waiting for an evaluation, a big jump in price for that.
Building a refinery has a lot of permits needed, a lot of steps needed to be completed, there will be national news on some of these milestones, it's a complex process.

What's good about that is there will be constant exposure and there should be PR's though those won't be as critical with all the news.
Then they may be bought out, all kinds of stock building stimulus. .0532

DOLV. This is a clean shell company, the company it is thought and with good reason is in a reverse merger with a large chinese company, most likely an EV company. This would bring it to dollars. .0113

AMLH. This is a gaming platform, just merged with a media company, looks like a great stock, involves sports figures movie stars etc. .0051, ground floor.

ACGX. They have marketing for companies, have software for companies to connect. Packaging for companies and are increasing sales. A real company and at only .0036, a ridiculous price for what the company has now and for future forecasts. The stock will move to it's true evaluation as we speak.

I will start looking at those 3 stocks today general swish.

MMEX and USRM showing some weakness right now but should recover.

news surrounding both companies is excellent. I think they will run for a while.

and you are right about USRM: RAT approval is huge. it will send the stock soaring.

The more I look at American Leisure Holdings AMLH the more I like it.
It's at ground floor, .0046 per share.
If you had $460 you could get 100,000 shares.

There's talk of this taking off, the reason is that it's a gaming platform and there are millions of gamers.

There's a conference this weekend so exposure will increase.

OWCP gained a little ground as did MMEX and USRM.

but we will have to wait for much bigger gains in these 3 stocks.

I still like CGIX a lot. it is not doing much right now.

DOLV merged with a chinese company today, the stock is up 300% and will continue higher for some time it appears. The low today was .0088 and now is over .0300.
It's expected to settle down well over .15 or higher in weeks to come.
I got in on this one ground floor.
I tried to buy more today but Fidelity wouldn't let me saying it is too risky, it has already cost me $20000 because they want to protect me from bad investments.
It's my damn money so leave me the hell alone!!!!!!
I'm moving my money out when I get the chance, I can't deal with these controlling morons.

USRM is still waiting for FDA approval on RMAT, that will probably push the price up ten times, it should come any day now.

MMEX is waiting for a valuation report, that could make it jump at least 10 times easily, that report is due about now.
