I have had grilled salmon 3 times this week for dinner.

also who needs red meat when all it does is clog up your arteries.

I heard salmon was good for the brain but never heard it was good for the heart, Clay. Salmon 3 times a week sounds good. I was born in Yorkshire. 1 of our specialities is roast beef & Yorkshire pudding. I know the Yorkshire pudding isn't too good for you but 1 every now & then isn't too bad. I choose salmon over it but do like my roast beef & Yorkshire pudding though we normally have chicken for Sunday lunch. I like liver too. Liver has a lot of iron in it.
