I got it too now. I had to go to the doctor today and get antibiotics.

I still have the damn cough.



my cousin was visiting mom and dad this week. he is back in Montreal now.


he was coughing too. and now dad is coughing.



this cough is something else. it just wont go away.



but I am feeling better. I am going to resume my workouts tomorrow.




I have so much to post at Camelot. I will start tomorrow.

This cold /flu has affected many people world wide

The cough is persistent.
You feel better one day and then boom you’re down again.

It’s been reported that this one causes so much congestion
In the chest that it has caused heart attacks for some people.

I have never had a cough last this long.



getting better by the day. I worked out yesterday.

tomorrow I will hit the beach and walk 5 miles.
