Depression yes I find people who are on top of their fields people around them don't want to see the change or ultimately their success so problems ensue.

It's time we discuss depression and not sweep it under the rug. Suicide rates have increased for many reasons

Why it's imperative for people to know there are people who care! Who have moments of doubts it happens to all of us!
No shame
Let's name or, claim it and release it for the little hill becomes a mountain when we overthink things I find sensitive people empathically absorb others energy

It's to help without taking it on always a true test

I find the concept of depression very vague. I've read up on it several times, but I am unclear of the symptoms. For example, they always said-losing interests in things you used to enjoy. But how do you differentiate if you've actually lost interest, or just became bored? It's hard reading those things, because then I get hypochondria and feel like everything applies to me. A slippery slope!

I find the concept of depression very vague. I've read up on it several times, but I am unclear of the symptoms. For example, they always said-losing interests in things you used to enjoy. Symptoms creep up on you
Lethargy ergo losing interest it appears at first. It escalates especially when we overthink it and yes it is a slippery slope

Nowadays I find we are over medicated there are options.

This is just the tip of the iceberg but truth is that depression can manipulate & start deteriorating sections of your life

It's not just about keeping a positive attitude it's more
