I found myself comparing
Had to stop myself from doing so....
CGI is so obvious
Honestly
The chariot race of the original has always been stellar for me!
The hate expressed between the two men who loved each other
So greatly
Was better expressed in the original
The forgiveness and the skies opening up were far
More intense for me in the original
Many dislike Mel Gibson for their reasons
BUT when that single tear fell from the sky
And landed on Earth
In "Passion"
That for me made the film
It sent shivers UP my spine
And I recall the first time I watched it
Crying intensely
I still do
But that scene just captures my essence
In the original
The LOVE for the horses
Love / hate expressed beautifully by all
Enjoy when you do see it!
