it is cold here today:

low of around 38 degrees tonight and a little bit colder than that tomorrow.


I skipped the great outdoors today. I had managed to get sick a couple of weeks ago so I decided to stay out of the cold.


it is not only cold but it had been raining here most of the day.


I am going to hit the weights now. time for a weight lifting session.

Cold. Today we were expecting a blanketbof snow.

Not much just a dusting.

Everyone is wearing their parkas.

I went out with a cape. Tights and no socks
Walking fast I didn’t feel the cold.

People had gloves, scarves parkas hahaha

Keeping active helps.

Catching a cold can cause trauma to the body

Great idea to change up your routine.

Sending everyone hugs and love 💗
