I'm an impartial spectator.
Feel free to tell me how you feel.
I'll try to be constructive.
While you can your thoughts & feelings to me off reel.
Sometimes it makes you feel better to vent your feelings.
It can be very hard to be true to yourself in all your dealings.
Sometimes it does us good to have a little cry.
At other times we want to cry but don't know why.
Sometimes people think it's weak to weep.
Sometimes you just need to cry yourself to sleep.
At other times though you can do too much sobbing.
That's because of your happiness you it's robbing.
I know what it feels like to mourn.
I know what it feels like to wish you'd never been born.
When you've reached rock bottom though, the only way is up.
Sometimes you need tea or coffee by the cup.
We all need to feel pain & sorrow.
We all need to realise there's always tomorrow.
We all need to feel some joy in our life.
Sometimes we feel like we're stabbed by a knife.
That's in the head because of the everyday stresses & strains.
Don't worry, because from all these struggles we get gains.
It might not always seem like it but they make us who we are.
The more people play mind games with us the sharper we get by far.
The world is a rough place to live in & to get on we've got to be tough.
If we don't have these struggles & challenges how can we be tough enough.
I wish we could learn everything from books.
We can't judge everything on how it looks.

Definitely. Lol. I do. It just depends on how I feel at the time. Sometimes I'm more poetic than others.

The pain is needed for growth to be heeded

Beautiful are the prose, even with dark, some do grose.
Visions in our hearts, as they do take.
Therapy for heavens' sake, capitalizing by our pain.
Helping us all to grow, is the usage of our prose.
Thank god for the castors ov words, for with out them, no one would be heard.

Climb into the depths of the impervious mind
Searching for the light to shine
For the abyss full darkness is powerful
Intensity proclaims my very soul
Many shiver in fear at the sight of the dead
Supercilious with disdain
Disturbed by the dread of the unknown
Fascination is my total being
We live to die
For death has us in its formidable clutches
Impregnable throughout our life
For those with the gift or clairvoyance
Gift of seeing
Constant battle of push-pull, it's strife
Doubt destroys
Ambiguity lingers
Unwinds the tethers of the little used mind
Degenerates piece by piece
As fire eats away at all it burns
Smothering billowing smoke and a multitude of ashes
Unavoidable is death
Foolish people
Insurmountable our worry
Messages of clarity from the divine
Weakness leads us down a twisted path
Believing in another's story
Causing debilitating fear
That manipulates our mind throughout the year

I Climb the deep chaos
Deep chaotic crevice
Depth cutting me quick
Intense eyes and soul to match
She talks of death
Makes my soul twitch
Wakes it up a bit
Entropy realized
The moment it begins it is dying
Don't doubt,
Crying,
What someone may think,
Yes believe everything you see,
Its happened to me,
Sharing our empathetic fear

It's not very nice when you feel the only way out is out.
It's not very nice when you don't know whether to cry, scream or shout.
You sometimes feel the only problems you can solve involve maths.
The only way to relax is using lots of lavender oil in your baths.
When your head feels like a medieval torture chamber it's such a pain.
You feel such a sense of injustice when your life seems to have no sunshine & all rain.
Why do all the good people have to die first?
You've loved & had good times with the nice people & have to deal with the worst.
There are times when you feel emotionally numb.
There are times when you wish more good times would come.
Everyone expresses anger in different ways.
There are times when you can think about anything else but if people ask how you are, you're in a daze.
Some people express anger physically, others express anger vocally & some people take it out of themselves.
To understand all these emotions people need to ensure they really look into where their mind delves.
