Our introduction was made through
Six degrees of separation
Acknowledgement of our telecommunications
Throughout our false friends disguise
Interplay between us relied on secretive
Messages displayed in the silence
Never spoken
As a token to the Gods of love
Transaction between us was communicated
Through our eyes and body language
Aspersions intermingled with disinformation
Could not prevent our connection
In truth, if two are destined to meet
Written in the stars
Regardless of all the earthly deceit
We prevail
Side by side
Conquer our Love is our guide
In constant rhythmic stride
It is destined from above
Our consummated passionate beguiling love

Shattered
Exhausted from the continual fight
Confusion
Trying to make sense of this current plight
Disruption
Tolerating others views
Corruption
Destroying what is pure and innocent

Jealousy
Green eyed monster of devalued security
Disappointed
Tearing each other up when we need to build them higher
Pressure
Anxiety ridden constricted breathing
Walls seem taller
Claustrophobia
Panic arises dejection comprises
False distorted warped identity

Depression hurts like a physical ailment where to get up out of bed is a chore

No one knows what's hiding behind that smiling face

For they are the ones that are in intense pain

Shatter the illusion
False impression many times is the figment of the imagination

Your perception of me is one sided, I see
Misapprehension creates miscommunication
Schismatic in my thinking
Makes me a non conformist

Yes, I am a free thinker
Believing that the imagination needs to escalate
Sceptic of those who are the first to judgement
In many ways a libertine
Embracing life in all its facets
Allows me to be serene

Peering into the mirror
Cheval glass reflects my back
Continuous stabbings have left markings
Discoloured & puckered the wounds are healing
Yet the pain shoots through the length of my spine
Sounds reverberate still pounding in my head
The dread of dealing with the unknown assailant
Convulsing from the agony of cramping
Distressed by the discomfort
From my wounded pride
Trust broken from my closest friend
Who professed love til the end
Traitor literally took my kindness for a ride
Wounds may heal soon
My pride has dissolved into a heap of tears on the floor
Intermixed with my blood
Til death do us part
Fake words from the start
