Close my eyes
Let the stillness hypnotize
Sensing each heart beat
Pound against my breast bone
Feeling chilled followed by the heat
Welcome the visions playing in my brain
Symphonic movements
Locomotive train
Whizzing by continuous images
Sacred mesmerizing moments
Rapidly moving fast forward
Actively searching for answers
Intense need to quiet the mind
Connect to the parallel inviting presence
Quickly shortening the vast distance
Trying to remember
Every member
To intermingle this dream like stance
Film like quality
Beauteous peculiarity
Of this out of body sensation

Just some of the moments will be recalled
Until it's reintroduced
In this realm

I find such innocent delight
As sitting watching the water
Gently lap and kiss my feet
Suns reflection bouncing off its light
It's coolness soothing the heat off my body
Seconds before I plunge deep into it's aqueous beauty
It's moments like these all alone
Admiring whiteness of the sand interspersed between my toes
As I wiggle them
I love the solitude
Just listening to natures sweet lullaby
Entrance me as I playfully throw a stone
It's moments like these I welcome me
Connecting and feeling free
Breathe deeply for how lucky
To enjoy such magnificent views
My pale skin now sun kissed
My black hair show streaks of red
Daily swimming regime accentuated my body
Lithe  of muscle and sinew
Taut and toned
Feminine curves perfectly hour glass
Enjoying this special place
My inner quiet
Lifes natures pulchritudinous class
One I savour
Hopefully pass
With flying colours

Remnants of you
You left behind
Residual fragments
Play like a movie in my mind
You connected with my thoughts
Seeped in
I'm craving
The inspiration that flourished in kind
Your burgeoning words flowed
Superfluously with mine
It was never forced
We simply amplified one another
Yes there are others
We both create with
I bet you yet
I'm your one regret
For I scared you just a little bit
Lest you forget
You loved the interplay
Your passion bore fruit
Now you're a version of you
Diluted
Your inspiration is home in me
Parts of you had grown with me
You'll live to regret your decision
City of lights
Are always bright
Only brighter
Is the one that truly conspires
To inspire a better you
To break the barriers
And grow
It was yours to throw away
I'm glad to see you play
And I hope that you're okay
With mediocrity
I saw a part of you that soared
Pieces you tried to deplore
For you thought I forced you to explore
But take a moment to think
I wasn't a fink
I believed in you
I thought you believed in me too
You see now, it was never true
I won't regret the time we spent
Nothing to repent

I hope you're o.k.
We need friends & family most on days like this day.
It's very sad when our nearest & dearest pass away.
If it's any consolation though I'll say:-

They never really leave us, they're forever in our head.
We remember everything they did & all that they said.
Our thoughts are always with both the living & the dead.
They always will be until we're asleep in bed.

Sometimes it makes us feel better to cry a little tear.
Sometimes we need comfort from people we hold most dear.
Sometimes we drown our sorrows in wine, spirits & beer.
Then there comes a time we have to pick ourselves up & be of good cheer.

Here is my shoulder to cry on. It's sent from me to you.
It's here if you need it when you're feeling blue.
