Twisted at times when doubt seeps in
Contorted thoughts confuse the soul
Belies in characteristics of the body
Chinks off the armour of defense
Watch as each hole
Enervate to a point of paralysis
Innate desire
Seems as though the flames are doused
Where simple things do not make sense
Overwhelmed
Unable to initiate
Capitalize on a decision
Perfectionism can create a monster
Mental inability to at times formulate a sentence
Bleakness feels like a haze
That can go on for days
Weeks
Months
Years
When something monumental
Affects simple actions


Then to find out your thoughts
Have created an illness
For pushing down the emotions
Manifest indifference and the pain
Is felt bodily

Outcome differs per person

Fear is such a paradox
Quagmire consisting of illusions
Contradicting the basis of faith
Causing continual confusion
Word play is deceiving
The Ego needs to control and demean
Encourage antagonistic thoughts
Enclosing firmly the box as seen
Capitalizing on detrimental inclusions
Deceiving the mind to accept
The belligerent cantankerous ways
Battling just exacerbates the fear
Causing physical ailments to appear
Fatigue sets in from the constant battering
Envenom contaminate the pure waters
Bitter can be the truth
Fear predicates slippery smoothness of lies
Defensively accepting aspersions
Revilement of slander continues
Passive aggressive sends their message
Insular need to crawl into a ball
Hemorrhage
Let it bleed
