Luggage with wheels

Love locomotives
May not be the coveted
Way of transportation
Enjoy the old pathways
Open fields of excitation
Beauty varies
Travel expands my cranial matter
Love listening to the clatter
Watching the change
Of lands beauty
Music playing on the scenic route
Making new memories

Distress
Plagues every single human
In ways it's not known
Hiding behind a smile
Slight madness seeps through
At time confusing
We opt out of looking for options
We run around in circles
On a path of worrying
Dragged down
That which stopped serving us
Our own delusions
Doing the same thing
Approaching a problem the same way
Is a treadmill of disaster
Defined as crazy
End results are futile
Snippets of ones soul
Puff of black smoke
Running around in circles
May seem infantile
On that degrading rollercoaster
Which way is up
Lacks our focus on possibilities
Desire to negate abnormalities
Of this circus of confusion
The only one destroyed
Is the brain
Magnetic attraction
Devoid of distraction
When the focus bares the pain

Grasping come what may
Times when thoughts flood
Profusion clattering to the top
Thrusting forward conspiring to sway
Each expression releases an emotion
Overflow in every which way
At times overwhelmed
Pressure where I pull my hair
Exasperated by all the confusion
Catatonic where I find myself
Staring off in wonder
Rocking myself to sleep
Hovering at the coolness of the air
As commotion leaves me in despair
Fatigue emerges & sweeps in
Tears may fall across my cheeks
Releasing me in deep slumber
It's the safe place
When I can't come to grips with reality
Tomorrow I can have an about face
Deal with it all in punctuality

Build up momentum
Raging that pent up emotion
Strange as it may appear
This notion is a powerful energy
Typhoon creating commotion
Strange when you see it in a glass
It's strength seems to lessen

It's all about perspective
Learning to break the focus on perception
Breaking barriers as the walls of Jericho fall down
So does the Ego when suppressed
Allowing deep feelings that were repressed
The option of being fully expressed

Truthfully
It can be overwhelming
But I also enjoy the wave of fanatical emotions
That can take over my entire life
I'm alive
