Fear can rattle the cage that you slammed shut
Dig out of that grave you're focused on
Disgrace and malice enclosed on your self made hut
Different confinements for all your unknowns
Stricken with illness has forced you to hide
Blatantly spreading your harsh lies
Passive aggressive guilt is your ride
Keep riding this horrific wave
You're welcoming your torrid tide
I swear the wind is shrilling your cries
Back off spit out
Stop holding on so tightly
To your damn pride

Deep down inside
In my tummy
Where I feel sensitively
Sensations empathically
I know you can't stay away
You visit this page everyday
Yes you're so vain
Yes it's plain
That this is about you
Swan swimming in this lake
You were welcomed here
Opened our arms
But you foresake
You've changed the mask
Hiding by showing a back
Getting ready for another attack
I truly hope you've ended that task
It takes two to tango
Bingo bango
We're both to blame
That friendship never had trust
You chose to treat it as a game
And it came to an end
On thing is for certain
You won't find someone like me

What I would give to be a fly on the wall
To listen to the words he said in his call
Deciding to hide in the other room
It's making me wonder about this possible groom
His fiancée is running around
She is no where to be found
I'm realizing this is a business union
Love seems not to fit in the equation
I don't have answers not even a solution
Surprised at the thousands spent
For this illusion
Forced smiles on everyone's faces
Will stand stoically in their proper places
They will share their exchanges
Of their version of love as their lives go through changes
