CAMELOT FANTASIES

Mother Earth bore me
Father Sky game me breathe
My soul adores them
Farthest recesses of heart connect
Guided by Mother Earth
To root myself into the lay of the land
Father Sky gave me wings to fly
So high above
No one will hear my cries of love
Strong zephyr of the winds
Make me soar
I kneel in countenance with their
Constant support
Blessed am I with their loving rapport

Laughing heartily from my belly
Being chased with a water gun
Through the streets of our neighbourhood
Part of the family game
On a hot humid afternoon
My smiles are wide
And my heart joyous with that memory
As the humid hot summer
We would water the vegetable garden
Pluck a vine ripened tomatoe
Rinse it off and bite into
It's luscious juiciness
Dripping down my hands + face
Full flavoured with just a touch of sea salt
Yummmmm
My father used to instigate the water fight
Claiming the glass of water I served him wasn't cold enough
Hahahahaha
Fiery protective Greek Father
Who believed love of family and friends
Time for celebration everyone attended
He taught us to visit those that had befallen
Some hard times
Hitting rock bottom
Many could spend time in his humble home
To get back on their feet
Feet, barefoot running down the city streets
Screeching with delight when I was able to soak him wet
With a pitcher of water
My father claimed was too warm
To drink
Made him shiver at first
Easing the heaviness of humidity
With the coolness of the water

Loving that memory

The indecisive path
Manipulated more confusion
Repetitive is the illusion
Making plans to forge forward
Enterprising when all flows
Obstacles are temporary
Allow the roads that lead you off track
To merge
Subsequently leading back
To the dreams kept alive
With artistic fluidity
Elated by the creativity

I watched a beautiful angel come down a flight of stairs
Beautiful roses held in her hand, red roses, the smile that crossed her lips was fair
Glancing closer I could see despair
Tears were streaming down the angelic face
Such a glow surrounding this perfect angel, the tears seemed out of place
This gentle light plucked the petals from the roses
Let each petal fall one by one onto the glistening water as she stood by the base of the long winding staircase
I could swear I could hear her lilting voice speak
Her mouth did not move yet her voice had a melodic sound
As I struggled to hear what was said
I realized when I relaxed I could hear her voice in my head
She was crying for each and every one of who couldn't hear plead with us
She prayed for me
She prayed for you
She thanked our higher grace and with that a glowing smile lit her face
As the tears continued to stream down her cheeks
She looked up and caught my eye
I was entranced her auric field the shine in her eyes connected to me pulled my heart strings in my soul
Connected empathically I thought I heard
I hear you pleas I hear your cries! I am always near you
Please be still to feel and hear me whisper in your ear ~ I love you!
Suddenly I awoke
Bolted from my bed and realize it was a dream
Reaching up my face was wet, tears were streaming down my face
I felt dizzy my bed felt out of place
Yearning to connect to that angelic face in my mystical realm
I looked down on my pillow to discover
A single red rose petal

This one still touches my heart and soul

Becomes real
