So true. He has always been very popular, but it does seem to be skyrocketing lately.

It's totally true. I also see that the popularity of Rafa is growing at a fantastic level.

He is being compared by many people as a hero of flesh and bone, because Rafa shows your human side of pain, struggle, grow with its ups and downs of life... This is simply a sublime contradiction.

People look at the Rafa's attitudes and they identify with him... and this reflect on them.

Beautifully put, Angel. That's what's most striking to me. It's not the usual enormous ego of a superstar, but it's a superstar cloaked in the spirit of a journeyman. He works as hard as someone trying to get to the top even when he is at the top of the heap. His love of the game makes you enjoy tennis more. He plays tennis the way sports should be played.
