oh goodness.

roger is in trouble now in the deciding frame.

It was a strange match, wasn't it? From superb to messy to superb.

I was so disappointed in Jankovic. I may have to pull my support, too tired of being disappointed.

slightly slower court than the one in Dubai.

nole is just too damn fit and too focused. he is working hard on every single aspect of his game.

still I picked roger because I know roger is still capable of playing at the highest possible level.

Roger is indeed playing at a ridiculously high level. I don't know what happened to him in the third set though. TBH, he looked tired. That was a very physical match. I know you all think that Roger is so fit, but, and maybe it's age related, but Roger seems to tire a lot the longer the match goes on. He always has, and that's why his record isn't that good in 5 sets. He may not portray that, but it's pretty rare that the five set matches have close scores against the other Big Three.

it was a tough loss for Roger. he lost the decider last year in Indian Wells final also.

you have to get nole quickly which means you need that first set.

nole is too damn fit. he keeps outworking everyone under the sun.

You got to give credit where credit is due. Nole is extremely fit and so is Roger, Andy, and most of the rest of the tour. That's a luxury when you can keep building and not have to have all of the stop-starts like Rafa, del Potro, Haas, Tsonga, and Monfils. You can keep working and your trajectory will continue to rise.

Good health is extremely overrated. It can be here today and gone tomorrow. God bless them all.

our rafa practiced today in Miami.

I don't really care what happens in Miami as long as he escapes from there with no injury.

this is not a smart decision to go there. he is on the verge of losing it all.
he cant afford to lose his RG crown.

I would be on clay already.

ad this is not coming from me. it is coming from uncle tony. he said RG will be difficult this year.

LOL, at the people who say Rafa is Uncle Toni's puppet. Rafa does what he wants to do, even if is sometimes ends up being to his detriment.

Having said that, did you see this? You said Rafa shouldn't go to Miami. I hope he's alright. Lord help his fans. He really does put us through it sometimes, doesn't he? Still, the good outweighs the bad.

Rafael Nadal suffers ´nasty fall´ during practice in Miami

Details are limited, however one eyewitness said that the French Open champion spent up to ten minutes on the floor.

http://www.tennisworldusa.org/Rafael-Nadal-suffers-nasty-fall-during-practice-in-Miami-articolo23071.html

Rafael Nadal's quest to win his first Miami Masters title suffered a setback today after he experienced a fall during practice. One eye witness during the practice was Twitter user @cooper_station who described the fall as "nasty" and said that Nadal was on the floor for about ten minutes. He then added that Nadal was able to walk off the court on his own.

Due to the fall Nadal didn't finish his practice session. Following the fall the world number 3 sat down and spoke to a Physio about the incident before he cut the session short. It is currently unknown if any damage was done to Nadal, however El Nuevo Herald photographer Pedro Portal posted a picture of Nadal signing autographs on his way off the court with his left shoe and sock off.

Only time will tell if any damage was caused.

That match was strange. Federer doesn't usually go that far off in a match. It was as if he couldn't control his shots. This was a 3-set match so it was confusing. I didn't read his pressers or anything. I wonder what he thought about his performance? I did hear the commies say he wasn't playing in Miami so I guess he's taking a breather.

He should still be proud. He made it to the final and the rest of the tour didn't.

Yes, it does. What a place! You can come to Camelot and totally let your hair down. You don't have to argue with, or defend your beliefs. Everyone is accepting, encouraging, and supportive. What a nice little haven we have here at Camelot. We are also constantly morphing into and changing the idea of what a forum should be.

The biggest lesson we've learned is what a forum should not be. It may take a while to catch on, but, aficionados, of all things can come here and have their voices heard, their talents displayed, all without having to suffer at the hands of other people.

Camelot is peaceful and full of love and joy.

Rafael Nadal set to make Queen's Club return
ESPN staff March 23, 2015

Rafael Nadal will return to the AEGON Championships at Queen's Club this summer to give himself the best chance of winning a third Wimbledon title.
Nadal has reached the Wimbledon final in each of the five years he played at Queen's but UK tax laws have persuaded the world No.3 to warm up at the Gerry Weber Open in Halle in recent years.

Since his last visit to Queen's in 2011, Nadal has failed to go past round four at Wimbledon and the Spaniard admits he is excited to return after a three-year absence.

"I'm very happy to be back," said Nadal, who won the Queen's title in 2008.
"Queen's is a great event, I always enjoyed it, I had some great feelings there, the atmosphere of the Club - a real tennis club - is very special, the courts are unbelievable.

"I enjoyed Halle but the results have not been perfect for me in Halle, so I want to try Queen's again where the grass courts are a little bit more similar to Wimbledon. That's the reason for my decision."

I will say this again. hard courts are just bad news for him now.

end of story. they end his career if he doesn't minimize play and practice on them

also RG hangs in the balance. he was not that good on clay in south America.

why do we need the 600 points so damn bad that it may end up costing us a career.

already it is going to be tough as hell to catch nole if he steals the RG. he will be too far out in front.

we lose RG then we lose everything for now. we lose the king of clay title.

anybody can fall but he fell because he is not that fit anymore. he is tired in Miami.  he played both doubles and singles in indian wells.

he struggled for 3 hours against milos. those at the courtside said he was worn out after a set and a 1/2.

he had no business playing doubles. should have kept himself healthy and fresh and focused only on his singles game.

he looks very tired in Miami. almost the look of somebody completely worn out.

he should have gone home and rested for 2 days and then started practice on clay.

Nadal Ready to Play Miami Despite Ankle Scare

http://www.tennisnow.com/Blogs/NET-POSTS/March/Nadal-Ready-to-Play-Miami-Despite-Ankle-Scare.aspx

Rafael Nadal is ready to play at this week's Miami Open after suffering an ankle twist during a practice session.
The Spanish star spoke to reporters shortly after finishing another practice session on Tuesday. Despite early photos showing Nadal lying on court in pain, he was able to get up, exit on his own and take time to sign autographs for nearby fans.
“In the beginning I thought it was going to be the end of the tournament,” Nadal told Reuters.com. “But I don’t know now, I don’t think so. I think I am going to be able to compete here.

“Today, if I have to say one thing, for sure I am going to be on court on Friday."
Nadal, who reached the Indian Wells semis this past weekend, is still not feeling 100% confident entering his upcoming second round match. Nadal did undergo a scan of his ankle and was assured by doctors that his injury was not that serious.
"It is still painful but I practiced here today for a little bit more than one hour," Nadal added.
"It bothers me but I didn’t push myself very hard. I don’t know how I am going to answer when I try to get at 100 percent, which is what I need to compete well. But I am confident I am going to be ready.”

Nadal will play the winner of the first round match between Nicolas Almagro and Sergiy Stakhovsky.
Despite Nadal's many career accomplishments, Miami remains an elusive title for his resume. The former No. 1 has reached the Miami finals four times but has to win the event.
"Every week I am competing," the 28-year-old Nadal said. "I am improving a little bit. That gives me confidence, positive feelings and positive energy."
