Today's the big day. We finally get to see Rafa and where he's at. I hope he plays well. I'm looking forward to seeing him.

I saw one of his new kits, I don't remember which tournament, but it's orange so it'll look good on the clay. So, he's second on. Good, i won't have to wait until the evening.

this one should be easy lady TT.

he is playing a qualifier.

lets hope he gets into the swing of things slowly and surely.

I saw djokovic play. he is at least 4 times fitter than anybody else playing the game right now.

he was all over the court and with plenty of time to spare for all his shots. he also never gives up the center of the court.

there is a reason why he is going through all these people.

Rafa is the only one who can stop him but I don't think it will be here. Rafa needs more matches.

So good to see Rafa buckling down and getting it done. Isner gave it all he had, but Rafa put the work hat on in the third and didn't budge an inch. Vamos, indeed.

That is a shocker. I can't believe Monfils held it together that well, that's usually not his strong suit.

And Wawrinka? I forget who took him out, but he looked a little lazy from what I saw.

Yeah, Rafa doesn't usually miss three break points in a row, but John's serve is so deadly. Still, he got it done.

He's getting back. Isner was a tough out for your second match. That should give him some confidence for sure. It has to be so frustrating playing those great servers. You can't make many errors and always have to be on your toes.

But Rafa got it done and I am so happy!

Thanks for the scores/results. I had to check to see what happened with Stan. Dmitrov, 1 and 2. Wow! That's unbelievable. Stan is going to lose a decent amount of points, being the defending champion. He didn't seem like he was there mentally.

That's the hard part about being a top player. You have to be on all the time. What pressure. I don't envy them at all.

And Fed and Monfils. What a tough second match. Where are all the guys you can feast on while you get your game together like in the majors? I can't remember, but I think the draws are smaller in the Master's Series, giving you less time to get yourself up to speed.

No wonder these are so hard to win.

Dimitrov destroyed wawrinka.

Rafa will get the winner of Ferru vs Simon match.

Either way it is the match he needs to keep improving.

Both will make him hit a lot of balls.
