This RHOA  is moving into one of my favorite neighborhoods and will actually be living in the city.  It’s the same neighborhood as Chateau Sheree more or less. And not that far from another current housewife.  It’s a beautiful neighborhood where the houses are a bit older and she is doing a LOT of renovations. She has clearly been socking away some money. I believe she also bought a house for someone else in the burbs recently.

Cash closings on all fronts. Looks like someone is putting down roots.

My sources say that the original rooms were a bit small and boxy and she is doing a complete renovation that will remodel everything.  The house is a contemporary with tons of potential in a real neighborhood with lots of privacy and tons of potential.
As a one time real estate agent at the age of 19, I say she has one of the best locations in town. She got it at a steal and the renovations will make it whatever she wants. It’s also secluded, yet close to everything. It’s nice to see a RHOA actually making smart decisions.
I don’t think she will be borrowing a cup of sugar at Chateau Sheree, and not just because it is a short jog away. I mean NO ONE LIVES IN CHATEAU SHEREE, but someone will be living in the neighborhood soon.

I tried to answer this last night but I faded before I could get to it. Lol. I barely made it past the  last line of the previous post Hahahaha.

You can just tell that Kenya is inherently smarter than these girls can't you?  She clearly bought an investment property. She spends her money like a woman who knows value and she doesn't spend for show or to impress her friends and a television audience of total strangers.
The way Kenya spends  is what people do, who are used to money and know how to handle it.

I love that Kenya  doesn't try to prove to dummies who keeps saying she's broke, that she is financially secure.  She bought her home and another home for a loved one without broadcasting one word of  it.   Unlike Nene who purchased an oversized gaudy looking home just to impress people.  Nene's home looks cheap to me. Just a colossal structure that looks like it  is trying too hard. 

You know what?  Tamara keeps bragging on her sources at RHOA that are on the inside.  I bet it's Kenya. Remember, when she posted that story about James and she stated she had been in touch with Kenya and then, she wouldn't allow anyone to say anything cruel about her? 
I bet Kenya gave Tamara the scoop on Cynthia and Porsha. Who else would know that it is now a legal issue - and if you notice- Tamara made sure not to disclose ANYthing- AND you notice too, that it is the only thread that she won't post to or make comments?   She let people guess for days without correcting anyone like she normally does. She's being very careful for a reason. 
I also believe, Kenya is the one who explained and described her home along with all of that info about buying someone else one.  It's either the Aunt or Brandon, right?  The Aunt seems to be pretty secure and I could be wrong but, Brandon's only employment seems to be helping Kenya. He certainly never tweets about any jobs.  He posted photos some months back of her decorating his home. I'm guessing it's Brandon. He deserves it if she did.

Without a doubt, that’s why they’re so bothered. It’s obvious by the way that she spends her money that she’s secure in herself. Kenya never tries to prove anything to anyone. She knows how to take her lumps and move on, too. She’s not about to get herself into a bind to please others.

Nene’s house looks okay, but of course it’s the same old, same old. She has no furniture. She took a picture of her bedroom and it only showed a fireplace. That came with the house, didn’t it? You know good and well that if she had a nice bedroom set she would’ve shown it. They’re probably sleeping on those old mattresses they had in the basement. Can you imagine, seven seasons and you don’t have any furniture? How pathetic is that?

It looks like it's just a lot of space and it is full of gold or brass trim on everything. It looks gaudy and cheap to me.   People with Nene's mentality think that things need to be  shiny and big to look expensive. The original pictures on the inside  was not impressive, imo.   Even that fireplace looked over the top.

In contrast,   I saw pictures of Cynthia's home on the inside some months ago.  She hosted  a party and did a series of "homemakers how to" videos for her Ebony spread  that showed other areas of her home and it is absolutely gorgeous. Her home has a lot of character with beautiful French doors and crown moulding. Her home is very elegantly decorated as well. It gave me a new respect for her.

Hahaha. Pathetic is right.  Nene is the epitome of  hood rich. The type of people who buy the bare bones Mercedes and can't afford anything except the shell-but they get it anyway  just to say they have a Mercedes. They cannot afford the things that make the car special and they struggle to pay for  the basic things like, the insurance, the oil change and other maintenance, a new key....and worse, they never even cared to consider that the cost of everything would be drastically higher for a pricier car- they just had to have a Mercedes.

She has never used those words before for any physical altercation and she refrained from making any comments whatsoever that could hold her liable.  She made it a blind item so she wouldn't have to name names.  I could be wrong but, It sounds like there is some legal issue connected to this to me.

I wasn’t clear in my statement. The same old, same old referred to Nene’s usual pattern of having a dummy house and no furniture. I didn’t see a lot of her house, or at least I don’t remember much about it. I know that the kitchen was horrendous and looked like a chef’s kitchen, not a family kitchen. It was very austere. Stainless steel everywhere, it was awful. Then, the room that she had her luncheon in was bland too. The table was too huge for the area and there were no decorations of note.

I thought it was funny that she only took a picture of the fireplace. Who does that? Most people show their bedroom furniture. She didn’t show hers because she doesn’t have any. She’s another Chateau Sheree, despite her claims to the contrary.

Agree. It’s hard to tell without any landscaping. Everything looks so unfinished and bare. I don’t understand why she would show it when it’s not furnished or completed.

Totally. It’s obvious that she can’t afford the house which is why the furnishing of it is taking so long. I’ve been hanging on to this tea all weekend trying to get all the tea I could. It’s not much but it is interesting. Two things were going on regarding RHOA filming last week.  Since the incident between Cynthia, Shamea and Porsha on the boat at Lake Lanier production has been trying to figure out how to fix things.  Obviously, the best idea is to fire Porsha, at least from our perspective.  However, word on the street is that Bravo is trying to avoid either Cynthia or Porsha from pressing charges. Essentially, if Porsha were to press charges, Cynthia would press charges as well and then we have the potential for two more criminal cases. My suspicion is that Kenya received some sort of deal not to aggressively pursue Porsha’s prosecution from last year.  I’m not so sure things went as well for her second arrest.
As a result of the incident on the boat, it seems that Porsha may be rewarded for her behavior, simply because Bravo wants to keep her from bringing more negative attention to the show. It doesn’t make sense to me, but I’m told that is the thought process of production.  So basically, her bad behavior has been rewarded with the possibility of a peach.
Currently, Cynthia, Kim, Kandi, Kenya, and Phaedra have secure (or as secure as they ever are) peaches. Here is the big news. There are still THREE people fighting for TWO peaches.  Those three are Porsha, a new girl named Tammy (I have not heard a thing about her in WEEKS and now suddenly I’m hearing she is still a viable option) and…… **** Sheree Whitfield.

I would not believe that Sheree was still an option since she has been selling shoes on Instagram and trying to get people to pay her $5 for a selfie with her.   However, last week, the RHOA actually shot a new opening.  It’s been a million years since they have had a new opening.  And all EIGHT women were there.  Everyone shot a single shot. Several versions of the group shot were shot.  With everyone.  I know that Phaedra did some shooting inside her house with just her and the boys last week for part of her opening.

Part of the reason they have not had a new opening shot in a few seasons is because of the hot potato game they continue to play during filming with the peaches. This season, it seems production continues to follow the “film everyone, doing everything and see what works” approach.  I don’t really think that is a bad approach. It leaves the with the ability to do a new open no matter who they choose and regardless of what the storylines ends up by being.
The other thing is that of course Cynthia is not getting demoted. I told you that story was false weeks ago. In fact, her storyline is going to be about the issue with Peter being caught on film looking quite intimate with another woman.  There will possibly be some other situations he finds himself in as well and the focus will be on Cynthia and Peter working things out. Or not.

Okay, that’s the tea. I hope that this Tammy girl works out well. I am not ready for Sheree Whitfield to end up back on my screen. Especially since I hear she is getting only much better with Sheree recently.  I don’t want Kenya to end up having to deal with Sheree once she turns on her.  Oh and Marlo was not at the opening shootings.

P.S. Apollo is getting fan mail in prison. When he does he interacts with them and asks them to put money on his books. Who is surprised by that? Is Phaedra not keeping him in Ding Dongs and magazine subscriptions?  There is a limit to how much they are allowed to have and to spend on commissary per month.

So, they're just trying to sweep it under the rug and will try and pay both of them to keep it quiet and Porsha gets rewarded all over again. I wouldn't let them get away with that if I were Cynthia. I would seriously consult a lawyer. 

Also, Kenya and Cynthia and whoever they hang with should ice Porsha out so that she has nothing to say or do- she obviously needs to stir up trouble for camera time.
The other two- Tammy and Sheree  aren't going to help her out- they want the same spot she does....so all she's got left is Kandi & Phaedra.  Kandi is probably all about her pregnancy so you won't be getting anything exciting out of that.  If they ice her out the peach will  go to the other two.
I read that  the Tammy girl is from L&HH? Very disturbing if true. Hell,  I don't know which  of these 3 women is worse. .... L&HH? I don't trust Sheree.  This is awful.
....And why isn't  Porsha going after these two instead of Cynthia?  They are the ones in competition with her. Yeah, we know.

Is that sad or what? Bravo has some dumb @ss people working for them. Porsha needs to be gone---bottom line. Cynthia should be pitching a fit. I would be asking them "how long are you all going to allow her to terrorize people?"

Between the three of them, Porsha , Sheree and the girl from Love and Hip Hop, my mouth is slack. What the heck is Bravo trying to do? This is a recipe for disaster.

They should definitely ice her out. I wouldn't say one word to that bish. I just don't see how Sheree is going to fit into this cast. This is a disaster.
