Here is something I was introduced to last year
Yes it's a meal replacement with vegetables vitamins and minerals
I use a scoop
Handful of spinach/kale
1 beet
1 avocado
Ginger piece
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup almond milk
5 ice cubes & blend
YUM!!!!!
