I'll be your knight in shining armor


If you were in a fairy tale.
 I would be there too.
 I would put on my armor.
 And stand in front of you.

 I would drop to knee and lower head.
 "My sword and life is yours"
 I would speak the words.
 But I would mean them too.

 Through cursed forest or dreaded swamp.
 I would ride for you.
 To stand beside you is an honor.
 My own fairy tale Princess.

 May dragon come so I may fight.
 So you may see my sacrifice.
 I will sing for you and make you laugh.
 Your knight in shining armor.
