FROZEN PAIN

Has my heart froze up, still in every way.
Am I alive, broken here to stay.
Beats I don't hear, is it my mind at play.
Visions I have seen, they've gone astray.
What is wrong, this not like my day.
Voices not to hear, life's gone away.
Is it in the pain, ov the hurt that is clear.
I sit and contemplate, destinies' tenacious ways.
Visions of my fate, approaches' without fear.
I wish that time, could pass me by.
Leaving me alone, without a tear to cry.
How easy it would be, to then just say goodbye.
Frozen my reign, I persevere.
I'm in a new place this day, I am me.
No longer in pain, frozen and free.
