I don't get it. I try to help Barron's forum as a friend should. and some folks there like didi are kind to me.

and baron has always been kind to me.

People are quite brave on the internet, no doubt.

Listen herc, I just read it. I personally didn't see anything wrong with what you said but here's the thing - every time you praise baron, they see it as a dig at them. So perhaps best to leave it alone. You have let baron know many times that you acknowledge and appreciate his friendship so there's no more need to say it again. He knows.

Second, they are still a small community and trying to grow as well and they have their own rules and stuff. If you are going to be there then best to go by their standard. I think I made a mistake by going there today but my only intention was to let Didi know my side of the story, but I also know these sort of matters are now hush hush and a thing in the past over there. I know fully well that things have sorted out and that's why I am not there after all. Anyway, what I am saying is that, it's great that you help other forums to grow by bringing new posters to those forums but do it without any expectation. If you do it because you, in return, expect something from them too, then that's not a real help in the first place. So have the right intention in place.

Didi was definitely kind and thoughtful. She's a good person. I haven't got to know her as well but you must know her for a while now.

I hear ya. that is exactly what happened. tented thought I was trying to **** him and moxie off. it never entered my mind. in fact such things never enter my mind.


I think moxie and I get along well for the most part. one has to admire her energy, passion, and her spirit for that forum.

I cant even imagine a possible motivation or an incentive to **** off tented and moxie. first of all I actually like that forum. so much so that I am going to follow their progress so I can learn from it.


all I saw there in that frontier bar were some kind remarks from you, didi, and moxie.


so I tried to show that I was thankful and that I appreciated those kind remarks.


and didi had said something to the effect that she/he was happy to see me. moxie said the same thing. so I let them know in my own way that I was not going to walk away from my friends there. moxie said "welcome back" so they must have felt that I left or something.

I never left. I have simply been busy.


anyway I have always referred to that forum as baron`s forum. people should not be that insecure.

tented must feel like an idiot now. all I was doing was thanking you, didi, and moxie for the kind remarks.

I am not going to dignify his remarks.



at any rate, I saw your post there. you were classy and kind to me as always. you are the best lady emma.


maybe our forum will be similar to their forum in about 3 years: maybe we will have around 200-250 members and 15-25 posting on somewhat regular basis.

that is when I will be able to get us some advertising and an income.

remember that this forum is by the people and for the people. even baron is a part owner of this forum.

all admin members are owners of this place. so there will be some similarities and some differences.

we will just have to endure the infancy phase.
