great idea emma. no need to let it linger around much longer.
just grab some extra rest as you may be a little bit worn out. stay warm and put away plenty of chicken soup.
Thanks herc darling. I am bit worn out, yes. I've been working so hard since last May that I am feeling really jaded lately. I need a long rest.
here is what I am prescribing:
1. drop everything for 3 days and just rest and relax. take in some tennis matches.
2. chicken soup 2 times a day
3. extra vitamin c and extra vitamin e
4. plenty of water
5. some rum with honey in the evening
6. eat extremely well. all 3 meals.
7. stay out of the cold
