I am alright. Thank you dear. I can relate to business, yes of course. Oh so you have recently moved? That's a big thing and yet so exciting! Where do yo live if you don't mind my asking?

Well, not yet moved. We have a lot of work to do on the new place. We are about 60% done. Currently paying rent and a mortgage at the same time, hoping to get rid of the rent in the next 2 months. It's pushing us to the limit.
