I'm sure more and more people will find their way here soon. It is nice to stop by after a long time and still see the usual suspects posting here. When I return to MTF after a long absence, I don't even recognize 10% of the user names.
Thanks a lot. After today's work-out I'm feeling quite fine, I hope things will stay like this until next Friday. Fortunately I know once I can stop taking the new medication, I will feel better again quickly. As for my dad, I hope the heart specialist will give him good news. Tomorrow I want to book a trip to Morocco for the 2 of us. A travel club that he is a member of is offering a great trip to all the major cities down there for 70% off the regular price. I just need to call as soon as their office opens tomorrow to see if they still have 2 spots available for us. Would be a shame to miss it. I hope that giving my dad something to look forward to will make him take care a little bit more of himself. He has been way too stubborn to go to the doctor for regular check-ups and even now we need to beg him all the time to go there whenever his condition gets worse.
I'm currently feeling quite inspired to start a blog of my own. Being sick has given me lots of time to browse the internet and dig deep into the world of blogging. Most likely it will be something about travels and stuff like that. I could add something about tennis as well but I don't have any self-taken pics to spice up my posts. Taking pics from the internet would always leave my worrying about possible legal consequences.

Hahaha. People who are fortunate enough to go to tournaments also have a better insight than little old me who has to rely on online streams and a crappy TV coverage.
Anyone interested in the soccer world cup by the way?
I will be cheering for my all-time favorite Italy. My love for the Azzurri has been going all the way back to my childhood. My dad always made me support them during the international championships. After a while they have grown so much on me that I support them even more than my dad now. Although last night he was the one who stayed up until way past midnight to watch the match against England. I decided to call it a day early because I wanted to go to the gym first thing in the morning.
Tomorrow it's Bosnia vs. Argentina. My new love vs. my old on-and-off love. Hahaha. I was torn for a while, now I know that I will show up at work with my Bosnia T-shirt tomorrow. So it is obviously who I will be supporting. Hahahah. The match starts at midnight CET but this time I surely won't go to bed early no matter how tired I will be at work the next morning.
