Another thing these stupid fans don't get is the fact that, Cilic didn't serve his way out. None of the sets went to TBs. He broke Nishikori in each set and in the 2nd set, he broke Nishi twice. There was no serve involved on his part in this case - and let me spell it out for you one more time so that you understand loud and clear.

CILIC BROKE NISHIKORI IN EACH SET THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS OWN SERVE YOU  MORONS.

Now go back to your cave and watch something else. You don't understand the game and you never will. You don't understand that the serve is the most important factor in the game and it's PART OF THE VERY GAME THEY PLAY. If Federer didn't have a great serve then rest assured he wouldn't have won 17 Slams and the fact that he's still playing very well is because he can still protect his own service game very well. It's the most important factor in the game to protect your own bloody territory first and then you attack. Something your player is unable to do so and as a result, gets beaten by most of top player on a regular basis these days. You stupid, stupid phans.

Cilic held his ground off the ground as well. he did what others could not do which is engage Nishikori in a baseline battle and dictate play.

the big fellow was dictating play off the ground. Cilic was knocking the cover off the ball off the ground and Nishikori was being stretched. he had no choice but to slice a few back in order to try to stay in the rally.


at 6 foot 6, he is supposed to have the big serve. so he has a big serve. who does not these days. even the little fellows are hitting 120-125 MPH serves regularly.
