Agree. I love when CD shares about his family. I wish I was able to spend more time with my mother and miss her dearly. She's been gone for so long, but like you, I still feel her presence.

Many people think they are too busy "living life" to bother with their parents, but CD has the right idea. I'm sure his parents are very pleased with the son that they raised.

herc is a great son to have no doubt. Too bad he's not married because his wife would have been just as proud. Ha ha.

Our parents do so much and sacrifice so much to raise us and yet, we get so caught up in the modern and fast society that, we don't even take some precious time out of our busy lives to be with them more often. Then their children go and do the same to their parents. It's a vicious circle.

There are other cultures in the world however where parents are still very much respected and adored. They in fact all live together as a big family. Parents must be very happy to be in that loving environment rather than living alone especially in their old age.
