What a great match. You didn't want either to lose. It went down to the very last point. They both were exhausted. I haven't seen a fight like that in a long time. Robredo is something else. Man, I can't believe he is playing this well at his age. That was so nice the way that Murray acknowledged his great play. Andy is a class act.
Oh I definitely wanted Andy to win and Robredo to lose. From a Murray fan perspective, it was one of the toughest matches to watch (am still recovering from it. Some of us were having heart attacks in small doses) and there was a lot at stake for Andy. I am sure Rafa fans would have wanted the same had he been in Andy's place.
It's just a game for me. I have chilled in the past few years because of other people's reactions. It has caused me to divorce myself from the game, in a sense. Once Rafa retires, so will I. I think losses are a part of life, so I take them with a grain of salt.
