Oh btw, I have news. It's been a few months I have stopped drinking regular coffee. I am only drinking decaf these days. Regular coffee dries me up and I end up drinking too much water and then going to the washroom every hour on the hour. Also I can't sleep at night if I drink more than 1 cup or beyond 12 noon. I don't think it's all that good for the skin either though it's good for the brain but I feel sharp regardless. Ha ha.
