Sometimes I wonder if Rafa even considers his place in the game. It's like he may realize it, but since he lives in Mallorca and they've known him all his life, and supposedly treat him the same way, it's almost as if he feels that the world is like the island he has grown up on.
He probably doesn't want to take himself too seriously and appear pretentious, but if he ever reads any tennis boards, he'd realize how crazy people can be.
He should definitely consider it, the more majors he wins. Personally, I wouldn't put it past some crazed, obsessive fan, but I hope it doesn't ever come to this.
