herc, I don't think we should worry about who's backstabbing us or who's being ungrateful etc. at all. You invite them and if they come, then that's good; if not then, oh well. I'd rather concentrate on this forum and take it from there. We can definitely invite posters to post here but let's not impose anything on anyone. Our forum is not going to suit everyone's taste anyway. I don't want to worry about other forums too much either. I sometimes browse Tennis Warehouse or Tennis Frontier but that's only when I have some spare time to spend. I don't think anyone is posting anything worthwhile anyway. At the end of the day, it's all speculations, personal opinions based on personal agendas, the never ending goat discussions etc. that's really not worth spending time on. And what are we establishing by taking part in these meaningless discussions anyway? Basically nothing. It's all meaningless jibber jabber time consuming activities anyway. I mean look at the amount of nonsense going at Tennis Warehouse. Who in their right mind wants to be a part of that? Anyway, let's just have fun here as much as we can and let others join but only if they want to.
that is a damn good idea emma.
and also one of the biggest lessons I have learned is that people are selfish, inconstant, and they are fickle. and they cannot really be trusted. fickle and inconstant. that is one hell of a way to be.
who the hell is ever going to place much trust in them again. they do far greater harm to themselves than they do us or anybody else.
I mean just look at a few of them. one moment they want to post and come around more often and then the next moment they run like there is no tomorrow.
well its certainly not our loss. we have our home. we built it from the ground up and with nothing. and we did it our way.
we will be just fine as we stand on solid ground. we stand on the solid ground today and above all, we stand on the right ground.
that is why we will chart our own course at Camelot. over time the good word will get around and some new folks will give Camelot a chance. market is large enough. it just takes time for people to get comfortable at new places. change is never too comfortable or too easy.
I am absolutely not worried about it. in fact, in the mean time we have the time to think, reflect, and learn the best possible format for Camelot.
