Emma- I am kinda a health freak 
Start the day drinking a liter of water with lemon.
Never eat gluten in the morning. Makes me tired. Normally make miso soup and eat fruits.
Lunch I love salads. And for dinner I make something nice for the whole family.
Hardly never eat sweets. get a headache now if I eat too much sugar. Not used to it.

My regime is to eat everything in moderation. I don't eat sweet as much and I don't drink water with lemon, but I do drink a lot of water. And I love lemonade in the summer. I make it myself almost every day.
I love chicken, fish and vegetables a great deal. Very rarely eat red meat. I eat fruits a lot. I love a bit carb especially in the morning. My main breakfast on the weekdays is oatmeal with berries. Do drink a bit red wine once or twice a month.
And I workout 3/4 days a week. On top of that, I walk about 50 minutes on a daily basis. I am in good shape so no complains. Very rarely go to the doctor and even rarely take any kind of medicine.
