Well, I am having issues with my Samsung phone. Since last week I can't play youtube videos and I regularly watch those as I have workshops to follow, documentaries to watch and lectures to listen. And I do that when I make work commute, when I go to the gym and before I go to sleep, and now I can't play them anymore. It says I have no Network connection (which is a lie!) because I can totally browse even on youtube, but just can't play the videos. I get the same error message each time I try to play a video.
So anyway, after browsing for solutions for a bit on Google, I was told to reboot, clear cache, do this or do that etc. But when I go through Menu>>Setting>Privacy/Security etc. I don't see anything that says 'Clear Cache' - anything remotely close to it. Now I am sure it has nothing to do with me not having Network Connection or a problem with the Network Service Provider (worth investigating though), since I can browse and I do have a big data plan, so that leaves the settings of my phone. I can't even find Cache let alone clear it. lol but I am sure there's a way but I am not sure how to get there. I searched everywhere but left with empty handed. So my last resort is to go for the hard setting but that will delete most things I have on my phone.
Very frustrated!
