I just thought "the hammer" might be a catchy title for a thread.

Oh, no worries. I just wanted to know what it implied. Nadal does have a very hammer like effective forehand.

he missed quite a few of them while I was watching anyway. I saw the first set and a few games of the second set.

I think I counted at least 10-11 unforced errors. and they were all easy ones.


he just needs to put in more practice time.

his court positioning and his return also suck. so he will have to fix that as the tournament wears on.
