Lost in his world
Moves to their beat
Was excess pressure used?
When the best arrangement
Was to stay in my arms

Into the shadows deep I walked
Lost quickly from sight and mind

Inhaling your words
As life giving oxygen
You ripple through every sinew
Wrapping yourself around my heart
Protecting always

Gentle summer breeze
Ripples amongst meadow grasses
As if heavenly fingers
Drawn to such scent
Run playfully
Wafting serenity
