slowly and surely getting back into my cycling.
I am setting some goals for 2018.
hopefully I can make them come true.
I am going to train 5-6 hours a day in 2018. starting in October.
I have to build up to it. that is why I think I can pull that off starting in October, 2018.
2 days will used for rest and recovery and to hang out with mom and dad.
5 days a week of relatively intense training to get my supreme fitness back.
obviously most of this will be cycling but there will be lots of weightlifting involved also.
General 2018 you're building up now to get back and better.

I too am changing and adding to my fitness
I love to dance so I'm going to incorporate more of that.
I haven't figured it out as you have.
My fitness is going to outdo me as I was a year ago.
I was at my best. Total body, mind, all of it.
Stress and being a caregiver to Mom was different with Dad
Different and thankful for the lessons.
I'm stronger now and getting stronger.
A year ago I looked and felt better than I did in my 20's or 30's
Numbers mean nothing
Stamina and keeping active keeps the body and mind agile.
Maintaining flexibility is the key
Clean eating etc
