This flu/ cold is resistant to antibiotics.

I know people who are going for their
Third prescription of antibiotics.

I’ve been using broccogen 10, colloidal silver
Taking it orally as well as using a dropper for my sinuses

Ginger tea and of course my smoothies

The cough is tough. That and sneezing

I’m better, although I find I’m tired and in. Need of naps

I’ve begun my exercises again.
When my energy is high I push it.
Definitely exercise daily.

I've got rid of my flu but am exhausted all the time. I think my exhaustion is due to eye strain though as I've got burning, itching & stinging eyes too & am due another eye test soon so may need new specs.

Lady Ann, are you also having headaches?
Eye strain can exacerbate fatigue.

My eyes felt like they were burning too when I was
Not well. I had to increase my water intake.

I am going to Baton Rouge tomorrow to check up on mom and dad.


I will make sure they have everything they need.
