The cough is tough. That and sneezing

I’m better, although I find I’m tired and in. Need of naps

I’ve begun my exercises again.
When my energy is high I push it.
Definitely exercise daily.

I've got rid of my flu but am exhausted all the time. I think my exhaustion is due to eye strain though as I've got burning, itching & stinging eyes too & am due another eye test soon so may need new specs.

Lady Ann, are you also having headaches?
Eye strain can exacerbate fatigue.
