A perspective

Interesting
In the past as a female it seemed to apply to me

But since my faith in God has increased and I trust

I express the pain right away! Write about it express it right away

I don't push it down I don't swallow it. I let it run through my entire body I feel the pain all of it. Them I write about the pain and go for an Epsom salt bath

Then I forgive me and then all that are involved.

I will not hold onto that poison. Not necessary to make my body ill

Trust and believe

Spreading the love and light

I need it to meditate
I need to dance

I need it when I'm sad
I need it when I'm happy
I need it when I'm sensual
I need it in the bath
I need it when I do paperwork

My love of music expands and accepts all types of genres

All forms of it speaks to my soul I don't care if I don't understand the words

The rhythm the beat the moments of silence the flow the beat of the drums the tickling of the ivories

All of it

Speaks to my soul
