But since my faith in God has increased and I trust

I don't push it down I don't swallow it. I let it run through my entire body I feel the pain all of it. Them I write about the pain and go for an Epsom salt bath

Then I forgive me and then all that are involved.

I will not hold onto that poison. Not necessary to make my body ill
