that is really cold.




it had warmed up here for the last 3 days but now another small cold front is on the way. it will be cold here on Friday and Saturday.

Vitamin C kicks it to the curb.

I found warm water with lemon and maple syrup was yummy

Lots of liquids. Green tea also helped

Feeling much better.

Put in a 1.5 hour workout.
Achy but worth it. It’s the good ache.

The sick ache was horrible.
Congested sinus make it hard to breathe.


Keep warm.
Epsom salt bathe open the nasal passages
Allows relief in the chest

Thank you very much. I prefer orange to lemon. The only green tea I like is peppermint but fruit teas are included in my water challenge & I like orange tea.

I'm glad you're feeling better.

I can't stomach exercise as I've got stomach, head & backache. I'm having to force myself to eat. Maybe soup, rice pudding, semolina, tapioca & sago might be a good idea. I might try the bath idea. It sounds relaxing. I guess I could use eucalyptus oil too but it stinks.

Sounds and though the General is back in fine form.

We are having the strangest weather.

Freezing and we were plus 2 yesterday

Rain that washed away most of the snow causing flooding

And now back to minus 11 with snow Hahahaha

I got rid of the sickly feeling so am eating properly again now. When that went I suddenly got hungry. I've done nothing but eat. I've just got the aches & cough now. Thank you very much, Lady Divine. I'm glad Clay's o.k. now. I'm very sorry to hear about your bad weather. Try to keep warm & I hope you catch up with all your work.

I am going to baton rouge tomorrow.

will be back late on Wednesday.


my cousin is arriving from Montreal. he will be staying with mom and dad for a few days.

I got back from Baton Rouge on Wednesday night late.

I have bee sicker than a dog ever since.
