I was a dairy girl and you were the towns vet
Against all odds our love was instantaneous
We felt the surge
Our fire burned spontaneous
Fast Forward eons later
 
Five years ago is when we first met
I'm a psychotherapist meeting her physical therapist
Focus on our bodies and our minds
Interwoven is our play with words
Fanatical was this fierce attraction
Your gray eyes a distraction
Many green eyed monsters kept us apart
Throughout the years
I still felt your heart

Five relationships later is when we meet again
Lessons learnt
Our passion for each other forcible
When our eyes connected
I felt invincible
Everybody melted out of our lives
As we easily strived
Our amazing love story

Five days ago
We saw each other for the hundredth time
Every encounter, my heart skips a beat
Feeling each other's passionate heat
Were better than fine wine
Frenzied is our love making
Enjoying the zest
Baby you're the best

Five minutes ago
You looked into my eyes
"Will you be mine?"
I love you so
With fingers entwined
Our enraptured kisses
You're my destined love

Five seconds ago
Breathlessly I said
"Yes"

Heading out for more excitement
Rushing to experience all types of entertainment
Whatever the world inspires
Continuously conspires
To enjoy beauty's nature in its glory
Vast oceans and it's different story
From the joys on the earth
Expansively massive on a road trip
To travel & see this wondrous planet
In its entirety from up high
Down to the turf
Coolness of the waters
Under the natural heat of the sun
Oh glorious one
The elation of spreading your arms
Twirling around in the joy
Of its pulchritudinous charms
Sound the alarms
Living this spectacular life graciously

In the vast abyss of darkness
Spark of light so bright
It blinds you in the night
Stars are sparkling their uniqueness
Cimmerian princess is introvertly hiding
Her aphotic thoughts plaguing
The demons are back & playing
Atrophy has set in from apathy
Lest we admit the tragedy
Of her lover over to the other side
Darkened room can hide her gloom
That intense ache
Like a stake pierced her heart
Bleeding entwined with the tears
Her eyes riveted to the light
Can't tear apart
Depression has suffocated
Made breathing an arduous task
It's so much easier to smile
And hide behind this porcelain mask
Desire to want to feel that love again
At quiet times she thinks she hears
His baritone whisper
Reaching and squeezing her heart
To beat the heavy pounding start
Recovery of the lover lost
That hopeful glimmer
That faint touch
Coolness caresses her cheek
Tear streaked
A smile creeps across her lips
Lifting her hand to her face
Her fingertips feels the wetness
As she struggles to wipe away
All remnants of tears
Longing to feel his embrace
Just one more time
But what a crime
When one is dead
The living continue in their catatonic dread
Wishing upon wish
To feel the love reach out and touch her head
feel lips on lips just one last kiss
That final bliss

There was a time when I wondered
What glorious works of creativity
Pondering your proclivity
To share your innermost thoughts
I admired your old fashioned style
Of using notebook and pen
To capture your prolific heart
I still wish you the best
For regardless of your inability
To be the incredible man
I genuinely admired
We make mistakes as humans
For when you came near
Your fear of becoming a greater person
Proliferate haste of complete distaste of true facts
Expedited you to harshly act
Like one with no soul in tact
Soul to soul I know in fact
Intimidated to become the better man
I know is inside
The man I rated an exceptional man
Than the superficial
Little boy who toyed
With my trust
One thing is certain
What you did to me
Will come to be
Your fait accompli
I may write it clearly today
Tomorrow is another day
My words will plague you
For I was luminous & true
In less than three weeks
You will feel blue
each song you play
From night to day
Tormented you'll write
Until you make it right
Remember the glow you felt
With that imaginative flow
That will be your plight
Your continual self proclaimed fight

Deep within your heart to hint, noble and fit.
Without the words, that carry you thru.

Ferrets and rabbits are lovely too. Not at the same time obviously or the rabbits would be ferret food.

I don't have horses or ponies either, unfortunately. Guinea pigs are nice too.
