Insignificant mediocrity conformed

Trifling this disdain & defiance
Discharge that of no importance

Or better yet obscure invisibility
Emotions of anxiety welling up
Nausea disrupts the rapid exhalation
Excretion of over stimulated perspiration

That of commanding centre stage
Claiming to get easier at this age

Aches of the tearless cries
Droning in thy memory
Despair is a sight for sore eyes
This is not a chosen destiny
Pains flow like torrential rains
Hoping they will cleanse the distress
Preparation of a broken heart
That is experiencing much duress
Wracking screams disturb
The unfit dreams
Awkward decision to wallow
Uncomfortable need to swallow
Unwittingly a confusing penance
For which is still unknown

Promises made need to be spoken
From the heart
Existence of a bond can last lifetimes
Rhythmic plays of the wind chimes
Histrionics demand more performances
Dubiousness unwound any vestiges of trust
It's our inner knowing in the quiet recesses of the mind is a must

My err for it's the soul
Crying out to embrace desire to be whole
Walking at times running on the path
Can feel as slow as a snails pace
A day, a week, a month, a year
You do the math
Release the unspoken words with a single tear
Extravagant need to command ones own space & control their fear
Alas in the silence is true knowing
Many have bluffed their way in the game

Mental stability confused order

He lost it shot his beautiful wife
This war vet felt despondent
Felt the pressure of "normal" life
Killed his mother and daughter too
Drowning in this daily strife
He played God
And diminished their light
By taking their life
