Waves lapping gently along the shore
It's melodic sound mellowing my soul
Breaking all my resistance at the core
Hallow of my heart where there is a hole
Vast is the size
Been to busy comforting everyone
One who needed it most
Was me, I finally realize
To calm down
Silence the screams
Elevated effort of turning the frown
Into a vibrant smile
Shaking my head for sometimes
They seem so distant

Far from my grasp
These dreams

Passion inspired

Feeling the freedom of spirit
Where the body has no hold
Euphoria as though I'm seeing
Through sparkles
Where the sun shines brightly
Pale Gold
Anointing me with sunbeams of joy
Filling my heart where the void

Filled to the rim
Where music speaks to my soul
Breaking away from all the shackles
For my heart is not a toy
Vibrant and alive I am
Vicious conundrum of my inconspicuous duality
Slight is the veil
Once I believed
There is such a thing as reality
It's not true you know
More expansive the brain
Getting off the elusive train
Breaking free from thoughts of you
Trying to claim me
Control with one simple word of love

Each knife you struck
Each bold stab
Pain felt worse
Once you'd gone away
A long while now
Betrayal hurts the most
From the ones who claim to love you most
Laughter peels
Replacing the pain one feels
Picking up the pieces of my heart
Each single spec special in its own right

Best thing I did today

Liturgy seemed like cries that reached the skies
Sun shone through the darkened clouds
A beam of light grasped my attention
Observing the incredulous shapes
The clouds formations
Messages relayed
Forms that the clouds made
What a beautiful gift bestowed
Once I deciphered + broke the code
Of communication from the distant road
Wonderful tidings from the other side
Those glorious exchanges
Blatant to the naked eye
Yet little stories in the sky they hide
Ingenious

Distraught by all the malice in the world

Pray for everyone.
Will you hear my cries ?

Whittling away with a sharp knife
Seeing a face in the wood
Removing the excess
Bring forth what seemed recessed
Yet was there to the naked eye
It's the creative mind
That did locate + find
The sun swept face
At first appeared out of place
Now is a work of art
