The water from the pipe kept dripping
Each single splash louder than the last
Wondering how it didn’t tighten
Handle kept slipping
It’s the little things that are on repeat
That lingers on past
Checking on the what was last spoken
Memory’s playing a different tune
What we each remember is broken
The intent was to start fresh again
It won’t change the tune

Life’s lessons that includes forgiving yourself
Forgive the others for peace of mind
Forgive yourself to heal

Remembering we are souls living temporarily in these bodies
Letting go, Letting God
God is and has always been
LOVE

Passion of Christ
The torturous hatred with every strike
Again and again
Ιησούς Χριστός shared love in his pain
Forgiveness in his glance
His silence spoke volumes
His powerful words profound
This week has been eye opening
Interactive with souls I’ve found again
Those I thought we’d never speak
Again…

Forgiveness came easy
Unsure of how this will unfold
Humans are faulty and salty
Depending on the planets and it’s shifts
Deep down inside I’m glad they are in my friendship fold
There is a reason for this season
Gods love has taught me to send love
Even when it’s not returned

Delving into the depths of one’s mind
Searching for answers that you’ve repeatedly questioned
Torturing yourself for your desired response in kind
Believed truth in twined in the overthinking beckoned
Researching from credible and not so credible literature
Needing to discover self inflicted eurekas as the answers
Swirling thoughts clashing with prideful thoughts
Based feelings requiring validation
Inquiring justification sought by self inflicted pain
Unbeknownst which path this will lead
On this journey less travelled
Straying from the supposed norm that makes no sense
Standing alone as working tirelessly to carve a varied path in strain
The need to be right drilled into the swamped thoughts
Of the multitude of characters played in a well thought out game
Feeling like a fish out of water this time
Not understanding why grasping for answers
Realizing deep at soul level it has to come from
Guidance and faith
Resolute to feeling calm and centered
Regardless of the out sourced clamouring of restless thoughts

Seven years ago today
It feels like yesterday
Your gorgeous baby blues
The ones that often changed hues
Depending on the outfits you wore
A few days before you passed
You requested the dress of sky blue
You sensed that it was your time to go
In your moments of clarity you told me you love me
I know you know I love you so
Just shocked that it’s 7 years
My love for you continues to grow
Thank you for all the patience and the lessons
Your laughter and your jokes
The way you made people feel special
Your glow
I miss you so
