CAMELOT FANTASIES

Driving through the highway of life
Waves are constantly changing
Crescendos far more extreme
Than I ever imagined
Swerves abrupt surprisingly
Causing my stomach to react
Nothing is ever as we feel it’s seems

Actively making a pact
With the part of me
That’s missing
Or at least I’m still looking to create
For she is different than I am now
Nodding my head to all of life’s
Trials and tribulations
Welcoming endings
Excited for the new beginnings

It’s monumental daily
For when I take my foot off the brakes
Going with the flow
Eliminates all the tension
And inconsequential worrying

Relationships have give and take
Sending everyone love always
Dispels any pain
Maintaining only the happy again
Serendipitous
Shattering the rose tinted glasses
To reveal the continual stars in my eyes
That and hearts
