Whew, I'm so glad Rafa won today. You'd think this guy never won anything. WTH is wrong with people? Kei was the favorite? Really? Coming in with a 1-7 deficit? How disrespectful is that? How often have we seen great players go through a rough patch only to rise again? Do people understand the game of tennis, or sports in general? Rafa won his last major in 2014, not 2004. I don't get it, and I'm glad that I don't because that mess is crazy to me.
Not to mention this crap with Maria. I'm so glad that wasn't Serena, because we would've never heard the end of it. But now, everybody is mum and trying to make excuses. This is a crazy world we live in, absolutely no morals or sense of justice. I can't take it.
I can't wait until Rafa retires so that I can leave this sport in the dust. I'm tired of the commentators, the dumb @ss sports writers, "experts" and the fans.
